Leading edge paper feeding unit:

1、Four servo-driven pressure-free leading edge paper feeding, the paper feeding stroke can be adjusted by computer, without wear and tear, intelligent controllable, accurate and error-free paper feeding. There is no change in the thickness and strength of paperboard after printing. The strength of carton shall be improved, and the gram weight of paper shall be reduced for the same strength.
2、Zero pressure does not damage the paperboard, and effectively overcome paperboard warpage, improve paper feeding accuracy, so that high and low speed paper feeding is more accurate.
3、Intelligently adjust the paper feeding stroke, extend the paper feeding function, without the pressure of paper pulling rubber roller, and do not damage the strength and thickness of paperboard during paper feeding, so as to achieve pressure-free paper feeding.
Printing unit:
1、The printing section is composed of an adsorption bellows, a plate roller, an anilox roller and an ink scraper. Cross slider structure is adopted for transmission between all parts ( especially cross slider structure is adopted for pressure adjustment between anilox roller and rubber roller, anilox roller and plate roller ) to reduce noise and make the transmission more stable. Full vacuum paper feeding system can realize full-plate and bending board printing, leaving no traction allowance on both sides of the board to reduce paperboard waste.
2、The bellows adopts steel plate combined structure, and the workbench panel is made of 5mm stainless steel, which is light, firm and durable with high precision. The gap is adjusted electrically, PLC controls digital display, the adjustment range is 0-10mm, and linear guide rail is used for moving up and down to ensure the accuracy of adjustment.
3、You can choose to install the steel mesh roller and rubber roller combination according to your printing requirements, or you can opt for the ceramic mesh roller and ink scraper combination.
4、Each printing unit can be equipped with a drying function, which can accelerate the drying speed of the ink and significantly improve the printing quality.
Drying unit:(Optional)
1、The infrared drying temperature can be set manually / automatically according to the actual demand of printing, and it is equipped with automatic temperature control device and safety protection function.
2、The width of the drying wall board is designed to be 1.25 meters, and the cardboard stays for a long time, which accelerates the drying speed of ink painting.
3、Multicolor printing effectively speeds up the drying of the ink, resulting in better printing quality.
SLOTTING Unit:
1、Slotting part of the electric control of one button to change the order, only input the length, width and height can change the order.
2、The control panel of the slotting part is equipped with an emergency stop button to ensure safetyand avoid waste in case of emergency.
3、Equipped with prepressing, forming twice line pressing device, prepressing with large arc steel wheel, forming the upper wheel wrapped in the glue layer, the lower wheel single line steel wheel, cardboard is not easy to damage, line forming straightness is good, line pressing gap using PLC control digital display, the minimum adjustment amount of 0.1mm, the adjustment range of 2-0mm.
Die utting unit:
1、Rotary die cutting part independent servo motor control, better stability.2、This unit, when equipped with molds, can produce paper boxes of various shapes, and has a wider range of applications.
3、the mechanical transmission of the superior force roller moves about 40 mm, and is equipped with a radial differential device, which can make the average distribution of the rubber roll wear can greatly improve the service life of the rubber roll.
4、The machine is equipped with an excellent rubber correction device, which can be used after repeated corrections to the rubber roller.
Transmission gear:
1、Each group of sealed spray lubrication, good lubrication effect, can extend the service life of the gear.
