Brazil Customer Case: Full Automatic Carton Machine Solution for Medium Packaging Enterprise
We recently completed a successful cooperation with a medium-sized corrugated carton packaging enterprise in Brazil, providing them with a complete set of automatic carton making equipment including full automatic 4-color flexo printing machine, automatic folder gluer machine and automatic carton strapping machine. The Brazilian customer is a professional packaging enterprise engaged in carton production for food, daily necessities and industrial products. For this Brazilian customer, we configured a full automatic 4-color flexo printer slotter die cutter machine as the core production equipment. This machine adopts advanced servo control system, water-based ink printing technology and high-speed running design, which can realize clear and stable multi-color printing, and complete slotting and die cutting at the same time. It can meet the production needs of various conventional cartons and special-shaped cartons in the Brazilian market, with fast speed and low failure rate. Matching with the printing machine, we equipped the customer with a full automatic folder gluer machine, which can automatically complete folding, gluing and forming, with high folding accuracy and fast running speed. The gluing part adopts uniform glue supply technology, which ensures firm bonding without degumming, suitable for different thickness of corrugated cardboard, and very adaptable to the carton types commonly produced by the customer.
In addition, we added a full automatic carton strapping machine at the end of the production line, which can automatically pack the formed cartons neatly and firmly, replacing the traditional manual packing method. This equipment is fast in packing speed, stable in performance and simple in maintenance, which perfectly closes the whole production process, realizing fully automatic production from printing to final packing, and truly helping the customer realize labor saving and efficiency improvement.
After the whole set of equipment arrived in Brazil, our professional technical team provided remote guidance for installation, commissioning and operation training, so that the customer's workers could quickly master the operation skills and put the equipment into formal production in a short time.
