Overall machine functions：

1、All the adjustments of the machine are automatic adjustment, order storage memory function, independent electric cabinet control the machine, the order change is convenient and fast, to achieve the real one key order change.

2、Adopts gear material 20CrMnTi, straight tooth structure, quenching and tempering, increasing hardness, grinding, Rockwell hardness 58-62 degrees. The application of tightening sleeve keyless connection ring, reduce center wear, virtual position amplification, maintain long-term printing registration.

3、Each unit of the whole machine is automatically separated or independent, automatic locking, more convenient operation, continuous ringing alarm when walking, to ensure the safety of operators.

4、The die-cutting department is independently driven by servo motors, ensuring excellent stability. The dimensions after die-cutting are more precise.

1、Four servo-driven pressure-free leading edge paper feeding, the paper feeding stroke can be adjusted by computer, without wear and tear, intelligent controllable, accurate and error-free paper feeding.  There is no change in the thickness and strength of paperboard after printing. The strength of carton shall be improved, and the gram weight of paper shall be reduced for the same strength.

2、Zero pressure does not damage the paperboard, and effectively overcome paperboard warpage, improve paper feeding accuracy, so that high and low speed paper feeding is more accurate.

3、Intelligently adjust the paper feeding stroke, extend the paper feeding function, without the pressure of paper pulling rubber roller, and do not damage the strength and thickness of paperboard during paper feeding, so as to achieve pressure-free paper feeding.

4、It is equipped with a chip absorption and dust removal box and multiple rows of scrubbing air suction openings, which can remove a large number of impurities on the printed surface of paperboard and improve the printing quality

Printing Unit：

1、It is a standard machine supplied with rubber roller inking system. (scraping knife inking system is on option)

2、Quick change device makes mounting and disassembly of flexo printing plates faster and more convenient.

3、 Phase adjustment is controlled by PLC and touch screen, which ensures all-round adjustment.

4、 Planetary gear phasing adjustment mechanism comes with long service life.

5、 The printing unit is provided with an automatic braking device which will prevent the printing cylinder from rotating when it is separated or in phase adjustment. Since that, the original gear position is unchanged.

6、Automatic reset system ensures auto return to zero after the print roll is cleaned.

7、Axial adjustment is controlled by computer with digital display. The adjust distance is up to 20mm.

8、Auto lifting device for the anilox roller makes sure that the anilox roller will rise and be separated with the printing plate when feeding stops.

9、All clearance adjustments can be completed by computer.

10、The slotter unit in this flexo printer slotter, die cutter and stacker is used for making standard corrugated cartons. It can complete slotting, creasing, slitting and corner cutting at one stroke. Slotting size and carton height is motorized or manual adjust.

Independent indentation forming unit：

1、 Independent indentation forming unit,Improve the shaping effect of the cardboard box.

2、 Fully electric adjustment, allowing for quick change of order sizes.

3、The large-diameter indentation wheel will not cause damage to the corrugated plate during use.

Die-cutting slotting unit：

1、 The folding carton die cutter comes with steel die cut roller with hard chrome plating treatment and grinding process on surface.

2、The die cut roller features balance correcting function, hence ensuring stable running.

3、The cushion roller is designed with an automatic moving device on axial direction, allowing it to move about 40mm.

4、An automatic compensation device can prolong the service life of cushion roller.

5、 The die cutting phase adjustment is controlled by PLC and color touch screen.

6、Planetary gear structure of phase adjustment device shows long service life.

7、Axial position adjustment is controlled by computer with digital display.
